From the time Donna Joy was a little girl she and her sister Doreen loved making things and baking together. Their easy bake oven got a workout in their garage.  They loved creating their own recipes and tried to make everything taste better.
 
Unlike cooking baking is part science. The leveling agents, liquids, and temperatures can make an item be awesome or a disaster. Donna Joy will be adding some of her favorite formulas scaled down for home use. Please be sure and use the measurements (leveled) exactly. Know your oven!  Every oven bakes differently. Have a separate oven thermometer. It is well worth the $6 dollars.
 
When using Donna Joy’s gluten free baking flour, the exchange is cup to cup as regular flour.  Sweet baking!
